Alberta graduated from Coldwater High School with the class of 1951. She worked part-time as a teller at The Peoples Bank. The cornerstones of her life were her faith in God and her love for her family. Bert was a devoted "mother of all mothers" and treasured the time spent with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina and the Alter Rosary Society. She was also a chairperson for the Immaculate Conception School bingo, worked funeral luncheons and was on the church cleaning committee. Alberta's favorite pastimes included walking, biking, baking, boating, sharing her love at nursing homes and supporting her grandchildren at sporting events. She loved the Cincinnati Reds and was a huge Celina Bulldog Fan. Bertie had a beautiful smile that will remain in the hearts of her family forever.
