Charles Randolph "Randy" Muether, age 69, of 728 Fleck Ave. in Celina, Ohio passed away at 5:40a.m. on Monday March 17, 2014 at his residence. He was born on Aug. 5, 1944 in Celina, Ohio to the late Chales H. & Vivian (Coil) Muether. On Aug. 8, 1984 he married Valerie Kable, who survives. Also surviving are his children Heather Kriegel of New York, Aaron & Sara Kriegel of Celina, grandchildren Mason Kriegel, Gabby Perez, Madison Almodovar, brother & sister-in-law Steven & Johanna Muether of Celina, sisters & brother-in-law Suzi Walker of Tipp City and Janet & Stan Wilker of Celina. He was preceded in death by his brother Michael Muether and his brother-in-law Michael Walker. Randy graduated from Celina High School in 1963. Then he served his country as an electrician for the United States Navy on the USS Constellation from 1963-1967. He was formerly employed as an Ohio State Patrolman and retired from Work Flow One in 2006. Randy was a Life member of the Celina V.F.W. Post #5713 and a member of the Celina American Legion Post #210, the Celina Moose Lodge and the Mercer County Sportsmen's Association. Funeral services will be held at 7:00p.m. on Thursday March 20, 2014 at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Fr. David Hoying officiating.
