Dorothy K. Schroyer, age 92 of 6538 Wabash Rd. in Celina, passed away at 6:35 a.m. on Monday Oct. 14, 2013 at the Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford, Ohio. She was born on June 27, 1921 in Celina, Ohio to the late Henry & Caroline (Buckloh) Rasawehr. On July 3, 1943 she married Carl Schroyer, who died June 9, 1997. Survivors include her two daughters & sons-in-law Elaine & Dennis Fett of Celina, Nancy & Rick Adams of Celina, three grandchildren Patricia "Patty" & Ken Sutter of Celina, Mark Fett of Celina, Greg & Jenny Fett of Springboro, five great grandchildren Denise & Kenneth Kline, Andy Ballinger, Eric Ballinger, Ethan Fett, Owen Fett, great-great grandchildren Gavin Kuhn, Elliot Kuhn, Kenrich Kline. She was preceded in death by her brothers Edward Rasawehr, Paul Rasawehr, Herbert Rasawehr, sisters Emma Fast, Hulda Rasawehr and Ruth Buck. Dorothy graduated from Celina Senior High School with the Class of 1939. She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Coldwater. She was a housewife on the "Valley View" Family Farm her entire life. She cherished her family, the farm and her grandchildren. She loved to fish and play cards. Funeral services will be held at 10:30a.m. on Thursday October 17, 2013 at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Coldwater, with Rev. Sharon Stonerock officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery in Wabash, Ohio. Friends may call from 3-7p.m. on Wednesday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina and 1 hour before services at the Church on Thursday.
