Goldie I. Ballinger, age 104, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Miller Place in Celina. She was born on November 13, 1915 in Montezuma, Ohio to the late Ward and Plezzie (Colson) Preston. On March 23, 1936 she married Eugene Ballinger, who died on June 17, 1972. She is survived by several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law Homer (Alice) Preston, two sisters and brother-in-law Elma (Jim) Kiser and Opal (Harry) Menchofer. She was a member of the Montezuma Church of Christ, a member of the Hopewell Grange and a member of N.A.R.F.E. Private family funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Cliff Beck officiating. Burial will follow in the North Grove Cemetery in Celina. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grand Lake Hospice 200 St. Clair St., St. Marys, Ohio 45885.
