Obituary

James Wick Miller, age 60, of Celina, passed away at home on Oct.17, 2014 from natural causes. He was born on May 24, 1954, in Celina, to the late Herald L. and Ronda (Collins) Miller. On Aug. 18, 1973 he married Karen Spencer, who survives in Celina. Also surviving are his daughters; Lindsey & George Erik Moore of Celina, Jacquelyn & Ryan Keyes of Cincinnati, a son Max T. & On Miller of Columbus, three grandchildren Magnolia Moore, George Wick Moore, Jude Moore, a sister Kay Koontz of Mendon, a sisters-in-law Nancy Miller of Van Wert, Willa & Phil Harner of Newville, PA., Sue Ann Spencer of Mountain View, CA., a brother-in-law Max L. Spencer of Willimantic, CT. and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers Richard Miller and Thomas Miller.
James was a lifelong member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina. He worked at Wayne Health Care, Greenville, as a respiratory care practitioner in the cardiopulmonary department. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family. He was a member of the Mercer County Sportsman Association, a member of the N.R.A. and an avid Science Fiction Viewer.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 22, 2014 at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina, with Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. Friends may gather at the Church one hour before services. The Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
