Jodie M. Horn, age 53 of Celina, passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021 at her residence. She was born on February 27, 1968 to the late Robert W. and Elaine (Slusher) Horn in Lafayette, Indiana. She is survived by her children Sara Slusher of Rockville, IN, Shay Horn of St. Mary's, Tre-Maine Horn of Sunman, IN, four grandchildren Daryana Slusher, Trevon Gerkin, Aniyah Kriegh, and Daisy Kriegh, two sisters and brother-in-law Tami (Lloyd) Weldy of Decatur, IN and Robyn Moles of Willshire. She was a member of the I Can Celebration Ministries Church in Lima. A celebration of life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
