John W. Burnett, age 78, of 800 Touvelle St. in Celina, Ohio and formerly of San Diego CA. passed awayat 6:25p.n. on Thursday, March 08, 2012 at Celina Manor Nursing Home Celina, Ohio. He was born on April 13, 1933 in Muncie , Indiana to the late Oscar and Mamie (Valentine) Brumett.
John is survived by his daughter Sandra D. Burnett of Rockford, brothers Marion & Martha Claxton, Celina, and his sister Margaret & Richard Carrier of Muncie, IN.
He was preceded in death by his parents Oscar & Mamie ( Valentine ) Brumett, Wife Ruth Burnett, brothers Robert Brumett, Charles Vermillion and James Brumett.
John served his country in the U.S. Navy and was employed as a U.S. Post office Worker in San Diego, CA.
