He was born on January 21, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio to Larry Lee (Dec'd) and Wanda (Hobbs) Mills of Celina. On Sept. 24, 2005 he married Angela (Nieto) Mills of Celina. Also Surviving are sisters Tammy & Scott Hoening of Montezuma, Denise & Lynn Robinson of Brookville, Ohio. Larry was a Self Employed carpenter in the Celina and Montezuma area. A private family services will be held at the convenience of the family. The arrangements are being handled by the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
