Shelly Garman, age 60 of St. Marys, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at the St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima. She was born on May 22, 1963 in St. Marys to the late Bobby and Shirley Watley who survives in Klamath Falls, OR. On June 18, 1996, she married Gary Garman who survives in St. Marys. She is also survived by her children Sandra (Chris) Strong of Columbus, Monica Smith of Mansfield, Ashley Day of Spencerville, Chris (Heidi) Hood of Celina, Devon Hood of Spencerville, Levi Garman of St. Marys, fifteen grandchildren, brother Shane (Sheri) Watley of Klamath Falls, OR, sisters LeeAnn (Bill) Smith of Baku, Azerbaijan, Melissa (Kenneth) Montgomery of Klamath Falls, OR, Katherine (Greg) Hatcher of Klamath Falls, OR, three half-sisters, and father of her children Dave Hood of Fostoria. She is preceded in death by her father Bobby Watley, and the father of her children Charles "Chaz" Brewer. Shelly worked at New Vision where she was a Home Health Aid. She loved pigs, trying new things, going camping, and spending time with her grandchildren playing Pokémon Go, her grandchildren were her life. Private Family Services will be held at a later date, with Rev. Andrew Adkins officiating. Services are in the care of the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home.
