Shirley A. Baker age 77, of 5312 U.S. Route 127 in Celina, Ohio, passed away at 5:14a.m. on Tuesday September 13, 2011 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima. She was born on February 5, 1934 in St. Henry, Ohio to the late Bertrand & Gertrude (Rafferty) Myers. On November 27, 1954 she married William Baker, who died June 20, 2006. Survivors include her son Rick Baker of Grand Rapids, MI, granddaughter Lauren Baker of Miami, Fl and her sister Verna Payne of Celina. She was preceded in death by her brothers Lowell Myers and Lewis Myers. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. She was a Certified Operating Room Technician at the Coldwater Hospital for 50 years. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30a.m. on Friday September 16, 2011 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Kenneth Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 &6-8p.m. on Thursday and before 10:00a.m. on Friday morning at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
