Virginia A. Euckert, age 93 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Friday, Oct. 12, 2018 at her residence in Celina. She was born on Nov. 30, 1924 in Sparta, Wisconsin to the late Emil and Dorothy (Perkins) Mantzke. On April 3, 1943 she married Donald E. Euckert, who died Aug. 7, 2001. Survivors include her two sons and daughter-in-law Greg (Susan) Euckert of Churubusco, Indiana, Randy Euckert of Celina, two daughters Debra Fetters, Lisa Euckert both of Celina. 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and her brother and sister-in-law Ralph (Shelby) Mantzke of Sparta, WI. Virginia was preceded in death by her son Michael Euckert and two grandchildren Barry Euckert and Mitchell Fetters. She was a graduate of Sparta High School with the Class of 1942. She was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina. She was a former employee at JCPenney in Celina, Then she owned and operated Ginny's Fashion Fabrics downtown Celina and retired from the Huffy Bicycle Factory in Celina. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday Oct. 20, 2018 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, with Rev. Jeff Gramza and Vicor Dan Gutman officiating. Burial will follow in the Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery in Celina. Friends may call from 2:00p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Friday Oct. 19, 2018 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina and form 9:30a.m. until 10:30a.m. on Saturday at the Church.
