Walter E. Stemen, age 64, of Irmscher Blvd, Celina Ohio, died on Friday, February 17, 2012 at his home. He was born July 17, 1947 in Celina to the late Rex and Vera (Smelser) Stemen. Walter is survived by three children, Natalie & Tony Neading of Apison, TN, Tammy Stemen of Columbus and Cindy & Ty Suzuki of Rockford, three grandchildren, Taylor, Ian and Kade and four siblings, Mary & Ron Cisco of Celina, Susie & Fred Wurster of Celina, Fred & Bev Stemen of California and Alan & Betty Black of Washington. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, a member of the Celina American Legion; he enjoyed attending his grandchildren's sporting events and was a big Ohio State Buckeye fan. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am Friday, February 24th at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina. Burial with military honors will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina Ohio.
