Jeff Lynn Alt

Jeff Alt, age 60 of Celina, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023 at his home in Celina. He was born on May 14, 1963 in Celina to the late Gene Alt and Rosemary (Knapp) Gibson. On September 6, 1986, he married Diane Wilkins who survives in Celina. He is also survived by his children Kyle Alt of Celina, Nathan Alt of Celina, sisters Paula (Kent) Bowers of Van Wert, and Vicki (Jon) Harris of Cincinnati.
He is preceded in death by his parents, stepfather Robert Gibson, sisters Jackie Alt, Diane Gibson, and Debra Gibson.
Jeff graduated from Celina High School with the class of 1981. He retired from Honda where he was a machinist for 25 years. He was a member of St. Paul's Country Church in Rockford, Board of Education, Youth Leader, and on the consistory board for the church.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at the St. Paul's Country Church, with Rev. Mike Husted officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul's Country Church Cemetery. Friends and family may call from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Friday, August 4, 2023 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home and an hour before services at the church on Saturday.
