Steven M. Carr

Steven Michael Carr, age 60 of St. Marys, Ohio, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022 at his residence in St. Marys with his family. He was born on June 25, 1961 in Flint, Michigan to the late Eugene Wentworth and Kathleen Jean (Conley) Carr. On May 11, 1985, he married Kimberly S. Wehnes, who survives living in St. Marys. He is also survived by his six children Michelle Lee Carr of St. Marys, Steven Michael Eugene Carr Jr. of Yellowstone, Montana, Jacqueline Kay Carr of Wapakoneta, Anthony Lord Carr, Benjamine Aaron Carr and Rebekah Jean Darlene Carr all of Celina. Steven is survived by three brothers Tom Carr of Gladwin, MI, Jeffery Allen Carr of Alpena, MI, Daniel James Carr, Cummins, MI, and four sisters Linda Marie Case of Essexville, MI, Colleen Prusha of Davison, MI, Diane Elizabeth Wilcox of Greenville, S.C., and Mary Lou Doane of Marshall, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Robert Eugene Carr.
He graduated from Bentley High School in Burton, MI and then proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was Honorably Discharged from service in 1986. Steven was formerly employed at Parker Hannifin in St. Marys and continued his career as a Machinist with Nidec Corporation in Minster. He was a member of the Gethsemane Baptist Church in Wapakoneta.
A Celebration of Steven's life will be held at a later date at the Gethsemane Baptist Church in Wapakoneta, with Pastor Jerry Martin officiating. Steven was a servant of the Lord and hopes to see you in Heaven. Steven's funeral services are in the care of the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
